TURNING A Loss-making company into a competitive business

i2S - Innovative Imaging Solutions, is a 40 year old company, with a strong technical leadership in image capture and processing, but with a flat business and increasing losses

The two founders decided in 2017 to recruit a CEO with entrepreneurship, international background and experience in digital marketing to drive the rebound of the company. This position met all my expectations of a return to France in a CEO role of a company with technical know-how and potential to develop the business internationally.
