Started in Corporate R&D, from Research engineer to Group Manager

1990 - 1996

After an internship at Telemecanique (then bought by Schneider Electric), I was proposed to study Artificial Intelligence in the U.S. and come back to the Corporate R&D Center to apply this emerging discipline to the automation business. Projects included a solution of anti-sway for harbor cranes with fuzzy logic. I was then promoted to Group Manager to lead a European Project, part of ESPRIT program, in manufacturing.
